    Mathew is a professional skateboarder, TV personality, cook, and endurance athlete. He regularly appeared as a stunt performer on Dirty Sanchez, Wrecked, Sanchez Get High, and Balls of Steel. In 2019, he hosted the first BBC vegan cookery show, Dirty Vegan. He has authored three cookbooks: Dirty Vegan, Fast & Easy and Dirty Vegan: Another Bite.

  • Craig Armstrong

    Craig Armstrong

    Craig is the founder of Armstrong Health. He is a Nutritional Physiologist with an MSc in Exercise and Nutrition Physiology. Craig runs many health and medical businesses and also specialises in functional testing. Craig’s clients include Premier League footballers, Olympic athletes, Premiership rugby players, triathletes, and other sporting professionals. Craig’s passion is working with clients who suffer from a wide variety of symptoms and conditions including gut disorders such as IBS, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, diabetes, and everything in between. Craig is bringing his Armstrong Health team on board to help. His team of nutritionists, physiologists, doctors, personal trainers, occupational therapists and naturopaths, will be an integral part of Dirty Health's mission of getting the nation fit and healthy!

    Katie Worth

    Katie is an Occupational and Nutritional Therapist, having trained at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London. She has 14 years of experience working within the NHS and private sector. Her journey into nutrition was born out of a firm belief in the power of food not just as sustenance, but as a vital tool for preventing and reversing illness. She has worked with children through to older adults and has a wealth of insightful knowledge in health and nutrition. In a world full of confusion and misinformation, Katie is committed to guiding you through the complexities of achieving wellness. "My goal is to provide holistic support to you, by identifying the root causes of your symptoms and devising customised strategies that align with your specific health needs." - Katie

    Anthony has over 20 years of experience in education and developing ICT and Digital Marketing systems. His work consistently focuses on integrating technology to enhance outcomes and streamline digital processes. More recently, he has expanded his expertise to the private sector. Deeply passionate about mental health and wellness, Anthony has a lifelong commitment to fitness. He has amassed extensive knowledge and experience in training and diet. His passion lies in creating innovative solutions that align with the ethos of Dirty Health and provide the highest standards of customer care to clients and members.

  • Chip Somers

    Chip Somers

    Chip has worked for over 35 years in the field of addiction, recovery from anxiety, depression and other mental health conditions. He brings a wealth of lived experience to his therapeutic style. He has run rehabs and halfway houses and has appeared in films and documentaries. He has been a government advisor to a committee on addiction treatment and has been an expert witness at a Government Select Committee. He currently has a private practice in Central London and runs a weekly support group. His podcast, Soberful, had been running for 6 years and is a free service for anyone wanting advice on over 200 topics.
